Challenge description	Client’s SAP environment is hosted out of Brazil and robot can only access it from behind the Citrix Input data in XML, but data consistency varies Brazilian invoices – complex local statutory requirements with 20+ tax process rules
Solution	Work behind Citrix - Image recognition to be used for operating the screen Invoice – PO matching via multiple data options Process incoming xml invoices, based on their type check amount and quantity against Purchase Order and fill in correct tax details.
Process steps	1. Initiate process based on daily schedule and download daily batch of xml 2. Find Purchase order 3. Verify PO against the invoice 4. Calculate and verify tax 5. Register invoice
