Kristijan Cinotti Managing Partner

Ph.D.Sc. Kristijan Cinotti is the Managing Partner of Mazars in Croatia and Serbia. In recent years, he has been actively leading and connecting Mazars in the Adria region, which consists of Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Kristijan has more than 20 years of experience in audit, financial and tax consulting. During his career, he worked on company valuations, due diligence, auditing and tax consulting for international and domestic clients. Before starting his own company, he worked in several international audit firms, where he was responsible for company valuations, audits, and financial and tax consulting for Croatia and Serbia.

Kristijan is one of the lecturers at the Croatian Institute of Finance on the subject of finance, accounting and taxes. In addition, for a number of years he was the president of the Croatian Society of Appraisers and an active member of the Croatian Chamber of Auditors and the Croatian Chamber of Tax Advisors. He participated in numerous seminars and workshops in the country and abroad on the subject of finance, accounting and taxes. He defended his doctoral dissertation „“Determinants of the required level of economic value added respecting financial stability of a company” at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb in May 2023, and is currently attending the EMBA and ACCA programs.

He holds the licenses of an authorized auditor, tax advisor, appraiser and accountant and is an authorized financial forensics expert. He is the author or co-author of the books: "What entrepreneurs need to know about finance?", "How to pay less tax?", "How to prepare for tax administration supervision?", "Mazar's tax advisor" and "Leasing in practice". He is the author of several articles in the areas of financial statement analysis, value-based management, corporate mergers, leasing and due diligence.

He actively speaks German and English.
