Meal allowances for time zones

• €6  for time zone from 5 to 12 hours,
• €9 for time zone more than 12 to 18 hours,
• €13.70 for time zone more than 18 hours.

The compensation for the use of a private vehicle for business purposes

• €0.059 single-track vehicles and tricycles,
• €0.213 passenger road motor vehicles.

Changes in meal vouchers

In connection with the change in the meal allowance, the amounts of the meal allowance provided by the employer in the form of meal vouchers or a financial contribution also change.

• The minimum amount of the meal voucher must be 75% of the price of the meal for the time zone 5-12 hours, which will be €4.50 from 1 May 2022.
• The employer's contribution is a minimum of 55% of the price of a meal voucher, which is €2.48 (if the voucher’s price is €4.50) and a maximum of 55% of the price of a meal for a time zone of 5-12 hours, which is €3.30.
• From the point of view of the financial contribution, the employer's contributions must be the same as for meal vouchers, so that a minimum of €2.48 and a maximum of €3.30.
