Temporary assignment of an employee

Changes to the Labour Code with effect from 1 March 2021.

As for temporary assignment, the condition of existence of objective reasons between the controller and the controlled person is repealed and the condition of assignment of an employee not sooner than three months after the day of commencement of the employment relationship is repealed.

From 1 March 2021, existence of objective operational reasons for the assignment of an employee is not required and an employee may be assigned from the first day of his or her employment relationship.
