Hugo has more than 7 years of experience in audit and finance industry. Shortly after his professional journey started, he developed expertise in talent management, recruiting and further aspects of HR. He has been part of successful internship programme developed inhouse for major audit company that contributed to stable and productive talent source. High retention rate of graduates is one of the best features of this program. He has created a hiring platform Stážuj that connects students with companies and vice versa. It aims to bring these two parties together, help them find common ground and grow together.
