Changes to the Labour Code with effect from 1 March 2021.

Rules applicable to trade unions’ presence on the employer’s premises have been amended.

  • A new condition for the presence of a trade union organization on the employer’s premises is the fact that all trade union members must be in an employment relationship with the employer,
  • A trade union body appointed in the statutes of the trade union organisation acts on behalf of the organisation,
  • A trade union organisation must notify the employer in writing of the body acting on its behalf.
