Transparency report 2008/2009: Mazars in Slovakia

Mazars in Slovakia is delighted to introduce its transparency report as of August 31st 2009.

Mazars Group has been a pioneer of transparency for many years now:

  • in 2005, Mazars published its first group annual report, which included consolidated financial statements audited by two independent auditors,
  • since 2006 we have inserted the transparency information (our compliance table) into our annual report as requested by the European statutory audit directive on the legal control of annual consolidated accounts,
  • and this year, in addition to the individual country transparency reports, we are publishing a group transparency report within our 2008/2009 annual report ( to be issued at the beginning of 2010). Mazars countries which are not legally bound to do so, also publish their own country transparency report on a voluntarily basis.

We want to help our stakeholders and the marketplace know and understand who we are, as we think that knowing each other is key to successful professional relationships. Below please find more details about us and the transparency.
