Changes to the Value Added Tax Act (effective as of 1 January 2010)
On 22 October 2009 was enrolled the Amendment of Act. No. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax as amended.

The Amendment, transposing EU Directives (2008/8/EC, 2008/9/EC a 2008/117/EC), modifies the principles applied on determination the place of service supply in a significant extent.
